I already started a new game in a second save and picked up her gwent cards the moment I got to White Orchard. The Witcher 3 is definitely worth playing twice, if not more, in lieu of decision-making and all that, so I don't particularly mind. I'd like to experience everything the game has to offer in one go, otherwise the experience overall feels incomplete, even though gwent is optional. I mean, not playing gwent doesn't take away from the overall experience whatsoever, but it does kind of suck that her gwent cards for sale are so missable so early on and it's irreversible, which makes your overall gwent experience incomplete. Guide contains image walkthrough and starting NPC location. At the end of this quest you receive the Magic Lamp item, which allows you too see dead ghosts where possible. It is a follow-up to the main quest called 'Wandering in the Dark'. I heard rumor that on the PC, they patched that issue and the merchant you save from the griffin in the beginning will sell the same gwent cards she did after you're basically kicked out of the village. Magic Lamp is a secondary quest found in The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt. *spoiler alert for those who haven't finished the game or progressed this far* did you not notice the White Orchard innkeeper in Novigrad? When Geralt and Zoltan go to the inn to hear Priscilla sing, the White Orchard innkeeper is there in the cutscene and calls out Geralt for "murder." But she can't be interacted with.
